The Growth Hub is about me
Welcome.
At The Growth Hub, we work with the patterns underneath your life how you show up in relationships, at work, and with yourself.
Real change doesn't come from generic advice. It comes from understanding your own emotional patterns, interrupting the ones that keep you stuck, and building an identity that can hold the life you actually want.
Who I Am
I am a behavioural specialist and life coach who works on emotional patterns, identity, and the psychology of relationships. I build content and frameworks like "The Room You're In" and "The Silent Divorce" that turn psychological insight into practical guidance for adult audiences, especially women navigating relationships, dating, and personal growth in midlife. My work spans YouTube content, books, worksheets, and courses, with a brand voice that's sharp, decisive, and emotionally intelligent as a guide for emotional transformation rather than just a source of advice.
What I Teach
Core subject matter
Emotional patterns and identity how people shrink, and how they learn to stop
The psychology of relationships dating, marriage, workplace dynamics, leadership
Emotional transformation as a practical, learnable process (not just insight for its own sake)
Through named frameworks
"The Room You're In" concept applied across relationships, dating, workplace politics, and leadership
"The Silent Divorce" recognizing functional separation within a still-intact marriage: the signs, why it happens (efficiency trap, conflict avoidance, loss of curiosity), and the choices ahead (repair, reflect and communicate, structured separation, clarity)
"Emotional Operating System" (EOS) the idea that everyone runs an invisible emotional OS shaping identity, decisions, and resilience, and that growth means upgrading it
Through formats
YouTube videos, books and mini-books, manuals/playbooks, and courses (written + video modules)

The Pattern Breakthrough Method™
You've done the journaling. You've read the books. You've tried the mindset hacks, the affirmations, the "just be confident" advice.
Still, the same patterns keep pulling you back.
Not because you're broken. Not because you're failing. Not because you "should be further along by now."
Because you're patterned.
A practical, psychology-driven approach to understanding and transforming the patterns that shape your life.
Every one of us carries internal patterns, invisible scripts that shape how we think, feel, react, communicate, protect, avoid, and cope.
These patterns were formed long before you had the tools, awareness, or support you have now. They were built in environments where you had to adapt quickly, stay safe, keep the peace, or minimise conflict.
They worked. They kept you afloat. They helped you survive.
Now, they're costing you clarity, confidence, connection, and the ability to show up as the version of yourself you know you're capable of being.
Most people don't struggle because they're broken. They struggle because they're patterned.
Patterns in how they think. Patterns in how they react. Patterns in how they communicate. Patterns in how they relate. Patterns in how they protect themselves. Patterns in how they avoid discomfort. Patterns in how they cope when things feel overwhelming.
These patterns run automatically: fast, familiar, and often outside conscious awareness.
That's why willpower doesn't work. Mindset alone doesn't work. Trying to "be better" doesn't work.
You can't out-think a pattern that lives deeper than thought.

Books
Welcome
Most of what shapes our lives happens in the space between people the way we love, the way we date, the way we show up at work, and the way we navigate the people who make all of it harder or easier.
I help people make sense of that space. Whether it's staying emotionally connected in a long-term relationship, figuring out dating again later in life, dealing with a difficult boss, or learning to lead with more clarity and less friction it all comes down to the same thing: understanding people, including ourselves, a little better.
No jargon, no lecture. Just honest, practical insight into how people actually think, feel, and behave at home, in relationships, and at work so you can navigate all of it with a bit more confidence and a lot less second-guessing.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is The Growth Hub? The Growth Hub is a space for real behavioural and emotional change, not surface-level advice. The work centres on the patterns that shape how you show up in relationships, at work, and with yourself, and what it actually takes to shift them.
Who is this for? Women navigating transition, motherhood, divorce, trauma recovery, or a shift in identity. Anyone ready to understand their patterns instead of repeating them.
What happens in a coaching session? Each session is a focused, one-on-one space to name what's actually happening, gain clarity, and leave with practical tools rather than vague reassurance. Sessions run 60 minutes and are shaped around you, not a fixed script.
Is this therapy? No. Coaching here focuses on patterns, mindset, and forward movement rather than clinical diagnosis or treatment. If you're working through something that needs clinical support, a licensed therapist is the right first step, and coaching can work alongside that.

Are sessions virtual or in person?
Sessions are via Video Call.
What's your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Life happens, so rescheduling is flexible as long as you give reasonable notice. Sessions require at least 24/48 hours, notice to reschedule at no cost. No-shows or cancellations without notice forfeit the session.
To reschedule, email thegrowthhubisaboutme@outlook.com as soon as you know you need to change your time.
What are the manuals in the library?
The library holds practical guides on relationships, personal growth, and leadership, each built around real patterns rather than generic advice. Use them alongside coaching or on their own.
Is my information confidential? Yes. What's shared in a session stays between us and is never discussed with anyone else or shared without your consent.
Session notes are stored securely and used only to support your coaching. The only exceptions are if I believe there's a risk of serious harm to you or someone else, or where disclosure is required by Australian law, in which case I may need to act to ensure safety or meet my legal obligations.
